Hall rules & terms
General terms and conditions for renting Sporthalle Seestadt from FH Uniq GmbH.
1. Booking and contract
Bookings are made online on this website. The rental contract is concluded upon full payment; you receive a confirmation by email. Unpaid reservations are released automatically after 2 hours.
2. Prices
1 hour €80, 2 hours €160, 3 hours €240, half day (4 hours) €290, full day (8 hours) €520 – including VAT, changing rooms and showers. The rental time includes changing and tidying up.
3. Cancellation
Free cancellation with full refund up to 48 hours before the start. No refund for later cancellations or no-shows. Please cancel by email or WhatsApp.
4. Hall rules
- Only clean indoor shoes with light, non-marking soles.
- No food, chewing gum or coloured drinks in the hall; water in closable bottles is fine.
- Leave the hall, changing rooms and showers clean and tidy; take your equipment and rubbish with you.
- No smoking, alcohol or open fire anywhere in the building.
- Please follow our staff’s instructions.
- Children’s groups must always be supervised by an adult.
5. Liability
Use of the hall is at your own risk. The tenant is liable for damage caused by them, their participants or guests. We accept no liability for brought items or valuables, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
6. Other
Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna as far as legally permitted. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
